Kay has a Master's Degree in Education from
the University of North Texas and is an Associate Certified Coach
(ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is
a graduate of CoachU's Coach Training
Program. She speaks at national conferences and has
taught and written course work for the Cooper Institute for
Aerobics Research (CIAR) continuing education department. She
possesses over 12 certifications in coaching, personal training,
nutrition, and behavioral change. Her certifications include:
