Scheduling and Availability

We can coach clients anywhere in the world via telephone and welcome international clients. We offer an introductory 30-minute complimentary consultation to those interested in coaching. We are in Fort Worth, Texas on Central Daylight Time (one hour behind New York City).

Please check your time zone. We can accept new clients during the following hours:
Tuesday’s 9:30-11:00 AM and 2:00-5:00 PM
Wednesday’s 9:30-11:00 AM
Thursday’s 2:00-6:00 PM


Personal & Business Coaching Services

All services are billed and paid in advance. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa.



3-month coaching package w/contract. Fee: $750. Nine 30-minute sessions by phone over a 90-day period (3 sessions per month) plus email support and Wellness Coaching Workbook & Planner.

Month-to-month coaching (no contract). Fee: $275 per month. Three 30-minute sessions by phone during a calendar month plus email support and Wellness Coaching Workbook & Planner.

Monthly coaching. Fee: $175 per month. Only available to clients that have completed a 3-month coaching period. One 45-minute session by phone plus email support.
 

Personal Training & Weight Loss Services

(Very limited availability. Available to local coaching clients.
Sessions are to be paid-in-full in advance. Canceled sessions are forfeited.)

Nutrition Consultation for Weight Loss
One-hour. Fee: $175. Location: Kay’s office. Weight loss is pretty simple if you have a sound, researched plan to follow that can get you started on the path to lasting weight loss and behavior change. We will discuss calorie needs, portion sizes, dining options and proven behavior change techniques. Learn to eat the foods you like and save yourself the investment in quick weight loss gimmicks and plans that in the end leave you fatter and more frustrated than when you started.

Complete Fitness & Wellness Assessment
One hour. Fee: $150-175. Location: Our office in North Richland Hills.
Can include: one-mile walk test on treadmill, body fat testing, girth measurements, resting heart rate, blood pressure, muscular strength testing, and flexibility assessments. Includes a full printed report within 2 weeks. Physician’s release required depending on age and health status.

Program Design and Instruction for Weight Loss or Maintenance
One hour. Fee: $175. Location: Our office in North Richland Hills or your home if you are within 10 miles. Cardiovascular program and Resistance training program. Together we go through your customized aerobic fitness and weight training program for weight loss or maintenance. You will leave this consult with a complete illustrated program to follow on your own at home or a fitness center for 6-10 weeks before a reassessment and program change is recommended.
