Coaching Packages

Scheduling and Availability

We can coach clients anywhere in the world via telephone and welcome international clients. We offer an introductory 30-minute complimentary consultation to those interested in coaching. We are in Fort Worth, Texas on Central Daylight Time (one hour behind New York City).

Please check your time zone. We can accept new clients during the following hours:
Tuesday’s 2:00-5:00 PM
Wednesday’s 9:30-11:00 AM
Thursday’s 2:00-6:00 PM


Personal & Business Coaching Packages
All services are billed and paid in advance. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa. You can choose to focus on personal/life coaching, coaching for small business owners, or coaching for weight loss and/or a personal fitness plan. See the bottom of this page for Kay's coaching areas of expertise.



Maximum Success Coaching package.
Fee: $900. Nine 30-minute sessions by phone over a 90-day period (3 sessions per month) plus email support and Wellness Coaching Workbook & Planner. 

Monthly Coaching.
Fee: $550 for 3 months, $1100 for 6 months. Only available to clients that have completed the Maximum Success Coaching package. One 45-minute session by phone each month plus email support.

Single-Session Coaching.
Fee: $250 for one 60-minute session plus email support.



Coaching for Personal Fitness & Weight Loss
The ideal method to reach your personal fitness and weight loss goals is to purchase the Maximum Success Coaching package listed above. However, if you just want to know "what to do" and follow it faithfully on your own without the weekly accountability and support of a coach, choose one or two of the options below.

Nutrition Coaching for Weight Loss

One-hour coaching session by phone. Fee: $250. Weight loss is pretty simple if you have a sound, researched plan to follow that can get you started on the path to lasting weight loss and behavior change. We will discuss calorie needs, portion sizes, dining options and proven behavior change techniques. Learn to eat the foods you like and save yourself the investment in quick weight loss gimmicks and plans that in the end leave you fatter and more frustrated than when you started.

Coaching for your Weekly Personal Fitness Plan
Two one-hour coaching sessions by phone. Fee: $500. Together we will go through a customized cardio and/or resistance training program options for weight loss or maintenance. You will finish the final phone coaching session with a complete program and weekly exercise schedule to follow on your own at home or at your fitness center. Program updates are recommended every 8 weeks (a one-hour coaching session would be required to do updates). A Physician's Release form and Medical History Questionnaire may be required before we launch your program.
